Over the course of one week athletes will be immersed in a fifteen hour crucible that combines weightlifting, calisthenics, and metabolic conditioning, with the martial arts of Boxing, Arnis, and Muay Thai. Throughout the course of each three hour day, athletes will cycle between sessions of high intensity interval training, education, and recover. Our goal is to challenge each athlete mentally as well as physically, to motivate them, to inspire them, and to empower them.

Classes run one week, Monday through Friday. All classes start promptly at 11:00am and end at 2:00pm. Class size is limited to twelve athletes per class.
