Nutrition

Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. -Coach Greg Glassman

Proper nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness, the reality is that none of your goals can be achieved without a strong focus on what you put into your body.. “Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels to levels that will support exercise but not body fat” it really does not get any simpler than that… Here at the ECF we practice, promote and prescribe to the “Paleo” or “Primal” approach to nutrition because we have seen it work time and again for our members, and we have experienced it work for ourselves ;)
